Our membership fees are our primary source of income which enables us to book good quality speakers and to maintain our archive (the Jubilee Room on Swinderby Road) and to open it to the public, free of charge. Our membership fee is £6.00 per year which gives you free access to our Programme of Events. Non-members pay a £4 entrance fee for each talk. Membership renewals are due at the AGM in January when our speaker programme starts.
You can join the Society by printing a membership application form, completing it and returning it with a cheque to our Membership Secretary whose name and address are on the form. Forms are also available from Collingham Library (71 High Street, Collingham, Newark, NG23 7LB).
If you are a UK Tax Payer and you would like us to reclaim an additional 25% of your subscription from HMRC (at no cost to yourself), please tick the box marked “Yes” on the membership form and fill in the Gift Aid Declaration.
