We have recently refurbished our historic archive building at 11 Swinderby Road, Collingham NG23 7PH.  This is now known as The History Centre.

This is a top class facility allowing us to store and present historic archives donated by the people of this District since 1977. Archive material includes copies and original documents, maps, research reports and pictures. These items are stored in archival conditions and will be open for viewing by the public on the second Saturday of each month from 10am to 2pm. We have incorporated an open area into the new building design which will allow us to organise meetings, tutorials and research clinics on all aspects of local history.

Space is limited so unfortunately we cannot allow pets, food, drink or pushchairs inside the premises. Wheelchair access is dependent on the width of the wheelchair in relation to the doors.
